Fits perfectly per the size chart, can do all my work and the gym with no bother.
As somone who exercises a lot this band is really awesome. I've put it through its paces in the gym with, free weights and kettelbells and I didn't have any issues. I though I'd come unstuck on the rowing machine but after 20mins I didn't even get a hot spot.
