Returns

If you discover that the purchased ring is the wrong size within 14 days, follow these steps for a hassle-free exchange:

1. Email us to confirm size availability.
2. Insert the ring and pouch into the provided black envelope and seal it securely.
3. Use the return address on the back of the AusPost envelope, or print a new one, affixing it to the front of the black envelope.
4. Attach two postage stamps, one on the front of the black envelope and one unused stamp inside for return postage convenience.

Unfortunately at this point we do not offer free returns and as a result you must ensure to have  return stamp accompanying your exchanged ring.
