Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to feel confident wearing our gear—whether it’s on shift, in the gym, or at your mate’s wedding. Here's how our return and exchange process works:


🔄 Silicone Rings – Returns & Size Exchanges

⚙️ Ordered the wrong size?

No stress. We’ve made it easy to get the right fit.

Here’s how it works:

  • You'll need to cover the postage both ways for your rings

  • Easiest way? Throw the ring, an unused stamp and a note with your order number plus the size you want in the black mailer. Seal it up and wack a new stamp on the front. 

  • Send it back using our return address and using your unused stamp on the inside, we will send back the size of your request. This process should cost about $5. (Generally not tracked)

  • Or skip the hassle—keep the original and grab a replacement for just $15 (always tracked)

💭 Change of mind?

You can return your unworn silicone ring within 14 days of delivery for store credit or a refund (excluding shipping).

Conditions:

  • Must be in original, unused condition

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense

  • Engraved or clearance items can’t be returned unless faulty


🪨 Tungsten Rings – Returns & Exchanges

Our Tungsten rings are made to last—but we know size can be tricky.

Size exchanges:

  • You’re welcome to exchange your Tungsten ring for a different size

  • Customers are required to cover return shipping to us

  • We’ll send the new ring back to you at no extra charge

❌ Change of mind on Tungsten rings?

Due to the high-grade materials and finishing process, we can only accept returns of Tungsten rings if they are:

  • In brand new, unworn condition

  • Returned within 30 days

  • Not engraved or customised

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility.


🛠️ Faulty or damaged item?

If your ring arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it—either with a full refund or a replacement.
