What materials are your rings made from?
Our Silicone Rings are crafted from premium, medical-grade silicone—hypoallergenic, non-toxic, and BPA-free. Our Tungsten Rings are made from high-grade tungsten carbide, offering exceptional durability and scratch resistance.
Do you offer engraving services?
Currently, we do not offer engraving services. However, our rings feature the "Tactically Engaged" engraving on the inner band.
Can I wear your rings while working out or on duty?
Absolutely. Our rings are designed for active lifestyles, making them suitable for gym sessions, outdoor adventures, and demanding professions.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We provide free standard shipping Australia-wide on all Silicone and Tungsten Rings. Some accessories may incur a shipping fee, clearly indicated at checkout.
Do you offer express shipping?
Yes. Express Shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $8.95, with delivery typically within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Which courier service do you use?
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within Australia only. We're exploring international shipping options for the future.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn, unmarked, and original packaging. Custom engraved or clearance items are not returnable unless faulty. Return postage is at the customer's expense.
How do I exchange a Silicone Ring for a different size?
If your Silicone Ring doesn't fit, we offer hassle-free size exchanges:
- We'll send out your new size free of charge.
- You cover the return postage of the original ring (usually ~$5 via AusPost).
- Alternatively, keep the original and grab a replacement for just $10.

How do I exchange a Tungsten Ring for a different size?
For Tungsten Rings:
- You're welcome to exchange for a different size.
- Customers are required to cover return shipping to us.
- We'll send the new ring back to you at no extra charge.
To arrange a Tungsten exchange, email contact@tacticallyengaged.com.au with your order number and requested size.
What if my ring arrives faulty or damaged?
We stand behind our gear. If your ring arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we'll sort it—either with a replacement or full refund.
