Currently, we do not offer engraving services. However, our rings feature the “Tactically Engaged” engraving on the inner band.

Most orders are shipped the next business day, although we do our best to have them out the door the same day when they're ordered before 2:30pm.

Yes. Express Shipping is available at checkout for a flat rate of $15, with delivery typically within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post, ensuring reliable and timely delivery.
Currently, orders containing anything other than silicone rings are shipped by parcel post. Silicone-ring-only orders are sent by mail.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in unworn, unmarked, and original packaging. Custom engraved or clearance items are not returnable unless faulty. Return postage is at the customer's expense.

We stand behind our gear. If your ring arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll sort it—either with a replacement or full refund.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please note that some small return shipments may not include tracking unless arranged separately.
